Configuration

Each course contains eight (8) default modules (lecture weeks).

The configuration section allows lecturers to set up constraints, rules, and requirements for each module. For example:

• Making it compulsory for students to read the course outline and learning materials.
• Requiring participation in assessments and assignments.
• Enforcing attendance for pre-recorded and live classes.
• Allowing students to view their assessment scores.
• Setting pass marks for each assessment.

Course Outline

This section allows the lecturer to upload detailed course outlines, including:

• Key components,
• Weekly breakdowns, and
• Learning objectives for each module.

Learning Content

This feature enables resource persons to upload a wide range of learning materials, including:

• Textual content (editable content, notes, and e-books), and
• Visual content such as pre-recorded lecture videos.

Assignment

Lecturers can schedule assignments for each module by specifying:

• Opening and closing dates/times, and
• Attachments (if necessary).
• Submitted assignment files can be exported by the lecturer for grading or record-keeping.

Assessment / Quiz

The Assessment (Quiz) feature allows lecturers to set multiple-choice (MCQ) quizzes for each module using a provided template for easy question creation.

Additional actions include:

• Setting start and end times,
• Adding attachments (if needed),
• Defining quiz duration,
• Enabling retakes for failed students with a set interval, and
• Exporting both assessment results and student submissions.

Video-Based Class

A real-time, interactive online class environment featuring:

• Interactive whiteboard,
• Class chatroom,
• AI noise removal, and more.
• An automatic attendance report is generated immediately after each session, showing the list of students and their join times.

Students

This page displays all students enrolled in a course.

Features include:

• One-on-one lecturer–student chat,
• Viewing individual learning progress, and
• Tracking completed modules using the defined configuration algorithm.

Chat Admin

This feature allows lecturers to directly contact the support team or administrators for inquiries or technical assistance.

Forum

An in-built discussion forum that enables lecturers and students enrolled in a course to interact, collaborate, and engage through a shared chatroom environment.
